Dr. Joshua Ozigi Omuya - (Chairman)
Dr. Omuya holds a B.Sc(First Class)degree in
Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a
M.Sc degree, Accounting and Finance from the same
University. He was a lecturer at Ahmadu Bello
University, Zaria between 1978-1984. He had a brief
stint with Phoenix Investment Services Limited, Kaduna
before he was seconded to Gaskiya Textiles Mills
Limited, Kano between 1986 -1988, where he served as
the Asst. General Manager (Finance). He also served in
that capacity with the Bank of the North Ltd; from
1988-1991. He joined Savannah Bank of Nigeria Plc in
1991 and rose to the position of Deputy General
Manager before leaving in 1996 to become the Managing
Director of Afims Limited and later the Abuja Resident
Partner of Messrs UHY Maaji & Co;(Chartered
Accountants) with effect from December 2003.He was
appointed and served on the Board of Central Bank of
Nigeria(CBN) from 23rd of November 2005 to 29th of
June 2013.He is a Member/ Fellow of several
professional bodies including ICAN, ACCA, CITN, NIM
and many others. Chief (Dr) J. O. Omuya has numerous
publications to his credit in his chosen field of
Accountancy. He is married with children.
Mohammed Sabiu Baba - Msc, FCTA, FCNA
An accomplished accountant, administrator and
real estate developer, Mohammed has operated at Senior
Management level of notable organisations. He was
General Manager and Head of Finance and Investment
Division of NITEL until December 2003 when he retired
to establish a Management Consultancy Company,
Benchmark Solutions Limited. The Company among other
things handled the promotion of Premium Pension
Limited until it obtained license in2006. Mohammed
became the pioneer chairman of the Board of Directors
and served two terms from inception until 2011. He was
also Managing Director of AMSSCO Limited between 2005
to 2013 under whose leadership the enviable AMSSCO
Platinum City in Galadimawa, Abuja was built. Mohammed
also served as the Secretary to the Bauchi State
Government between May 2019 and June 2021. Presently,
Mohammed serves on the Board of Directors of AMSSCO
Limited, Benchmark Solutions Limited, Benchmark Homes
Limited, Kefe Engineering Ltd and recently Regency
Assets Management Ltd. Mohammed holds a BSc Accounting
and MSc Accounting & Finance from Ahmadu Bello
University, Zaria and is a Fellow Certified National
Accountant, Fellow Chartered lnstitute of Taxation and
Member of the Nigerian lnstitute of Management. He is
a very strong player in capital market.
Jonathan Tayo Okubote
He is a First-Class graduate of Economics from the University of Ibadan. He also obtained MBA in management Science from the Columbia University, New York, USA. Okubote worked in NNPC for a period of 27years. He retired from the NNPC as Group General Manager Corporate Planning. He oversees Planning and performance monitoring of the organization for several years. Also monitored oil stream investments (oil service companies) for several years. He is currently the Managing Director of Kristal-Tee Consulting Limited. He is a very strong player in capital market.
Adeniyi Yaya Jimoh
Adeniyi Yaya Jimoh Engineer Adeniyi is a communication expert. He graduated from the University of Lagos with B.Sc in Electronics. He also holds a PGD and M.Sc. degree in Communications Engineering. Mr. Jimoh Yaya has worked with NITEL for 27 years as a project Manager deploying CDMA sites across Nigeria. He joined TIDACOM Ltd in June, 2014 and is currently the technical Manager directing technical engineering solutions for GSM deployment in TIDACOM Ltd.
Ndubuisi Joseph Okoroafor
He is a seasoned banker and a marketing specialist. He
has worked in First Bank and Zenith Bank Plc. He is
currently the Managing Director of J.P. Solutions &
Investment Limited as an investment expert with huge
investment in real estate development across the
country. He is a very strong player in capital market.
Gabriel Olusegun Omowaye, FCIS, CPIN.
Mr. Omowaye is a Chartered Stockbroker of 29years
standing. He has a B.Sc. degree from Obafemi Awolowo
University, Ile-Ife (1988) and an MBA from University
of Ado- Ekiti (2003). He joined the company in 2005.
Prior to his joining the company, he has worked in
organisations such as: FIS Securities Limited, General
Securities & Investment Limited and Forte Financial
and Asset Management Limited. He comes with about
26years cognate experience in corporate finance,
Asset/Portfolio Management, Securities Trading and
Investment Analysis and Research. He has attended
several local and international training courses. Mr.
Omowaye is an accomplished Investment Manager, Trader
and respected financial analyst. He is married with
children.
